Dr. Andrew Rich is an experienced oral and maxillofacial surgeon dedicated to providing high-quality, patient-centered care. Born and raised in Redding, California, Dr. Rich pursued his undergraduate studies at UC Santa Barbara before attending Western University of Health Sciences for dental school. His passion for oral surgery was ignited during his time as an oral surgery assistant, leading him to specialize in this dynamic field.
Following dental school, Dr. Rich matched into his top-choice residency program at Highland General Hospital in Oakland, where he received extensive training in oral and maxillofacial surgery. He has proudly called the Bay Area home for over a decade, serving the community with expertise and compassionate care.
Dr. Rich is board-certified by the American Board of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery, a distinction that reflects his commitment to maintaining the highest standards in surgical excellence and patient safety. His practice philosophy is centered on utilizing the latest advancements in oral surgery to ensure safe, effective, and comfortable treatments for his patients.
In Spring 2025, Dr. Rich opened Danville Oral Surgery Center, a state-of-the-art facility located at 380 Diablo Road in Danville, CA. Designed with patient comfort and safety in mind, the center features the latest technology and a welcoming environment where patients are treated like family. His vision is to collaborate with referring providers and the local community to deliver exceptional oral surgery care in a modern, compassionate setting.
